'Workout of the day' - Our most popular class!

This is a one hour workout putting you through your paces with a combination of strength and conditioning, using a variety of kit, such as barbells, dumbbells, ergs, rig and more!

This is your functional fitness style training class. There is variety across the week, no session is the same!

HYROX

HYROX

This is our Hyrox Specific class coached by our Hyrox performance coaches, who have direct access to the official Hyrox gym partner academy to bring you the latest and best Hyrox training programs! 

We have outdoor space for running, as well as the use of sleds, sandbags, ergs… all the kit and space you need for your Hyrox training sessions!

CLASSES

ENGINE

This 45 minute class is designed to improve your engine and get your fitness level through the roof! 

With ergs, kit and body weight movements we will put you through your paces to improve your fitness in no time!

STRENGTH

STRENGTH

This class will have you working through a six week strength cycle covering squats, deadlifts, upper body pulls and presses.

You will get the chance to use the rig to aid your lifting and learn some new skills as you work through quality movements.

Expert coaches will be there help you along the way, so get ready for some gains!

KETTLEBELLS

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebells offer a different kind of training experience using ballistic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness such as muscular endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.

Coached by our world record holder kettlebell coach, we'll swing, squat, clean, press, row, plus a ton of core training within one class.

HIIT

HIIT

This is your High Intensity interval Training class!

We will get your heart rate up using kit, ergs and body weight during these 45 minute fast and furious classes!

These classes are great if you are just starting out as you will be able to work at your own pace during timed intervals.

CLASSES

CIRCUITS

Circuit training is a powerful training method. It works your whole body for an awesome metabolic boost. The session is generally based around a number of stations with different exercises to perform with a variety of kit across the stations. You do each exercise for a specified time then move on to the next with a specific amount of rest. Because the class is structured to work by yourself you can train regardless of fitness levels or strength. Making a great class for everyone.

MODWOD

MOD-WOD

This is a 45 minute class with a similar format to our 'Workout of The Day' session, however this class will be modified to suit all abilities. 

Whether you are just starting out on your fitness journey, returning to fitness after some time off or just fancy a steadier paced workout, this class is for you!

Modifications, depending on the style of class, could include longer rest periods, smaller rep ranges and amended / less technical movements.

If you currently have an injury we can change any movements to work around this and ensure you still have a great, well rounded session.

BOXING

TURBOBOX

Turbobox - Fast paced and fun! This 45 minute Boxing and body weight conditioning class is made to get your sweat on and heart rate up!

TurboBox involves lots of different interactive activities such as: hitting and kicking punch bags, body weight exercises and core work.
