Helen Clewer

From as early as I can remember sport and fitness has been a major driving force throughout my life. My pursuit of sport has seen me play international rugby, set foot in the ring as an amateur boxer, become a world record holder in Kettlebell Sport and most recently train and compete in CrossFit and Hyrox.

It is this passion for training that I want to bring to you. I have been able to see first-hand the incredible power that exercise can have on your life both physically and mentally. I want to help you unlock your bodies potential, whether it is conquering a complex movement or picking up a weight that you never thought possible! I want you to experience how training can empower both your body and mind to help you believe that you are capable of anything.

​Whether it is because you want to compete in your first competition or your 50th, you want to gain strength and find out what you are capable of throwing around the gym or you simply want to be fitter, healthier and able to run around the park with your little ones. I am here to help you get to where you want to be. I love all things strength and conditioning and I am a big fan of keeping things simple, you don’t need to overcomplicate things to get results, but believe me, simple does not have to be boring!

​Most of all I want you to enjoy your training, it is a bug that is highly contagious and I dare you not to catch it!!

​Sports/Interests:  Crossfit, Running, Weightlifting, Rugby, Functional Training. The sun on my skin, fooood and adventures with Rob the dog.
